Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Faligzawfar for auto repair services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide professional services in bodywork, electrical systems, and brake maintenance at our facility in Cologne, Germany.

2. Service Scope

All services are performed by qualified technicians. We estimate repair costs prior to work commencement. Additional repairs discovered during service will be communicated before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept bank transfer, card, and cash payments.
• All prices include 19% VAT (German standard).

4. Liability & Warranty

We warrant all repairs for 12 months from completion date. Warranty covers defects in workmanship only, not parts wear or damage from external factors. We maintain standard liability insurance.

5. Vehicle Responsibility

Customers are responsible for their vehicle while on our premises. We exercise reasonable care but are not liable for theft, vandalism, or loss during service. Vehicles must be removed within 30 days of completion.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

We collect only necessary personal data for service delivery and invoicing. Your data is processed according to GDPR and German data protection laws. We do not share data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation must occur before work begins for full refund. Refunds for completed work are at our discretion based on service quality verification.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in Cologne courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued service use constitutes acceptance.
